Made some today and they turned out great. I have to say I have mastered the pastry now. And it's not that difficult! You have to make it yourself to get the extra cripiness!

Now it's time for a few more jars of Homemade Mincemeat for those cracking Mince Pies. I'll post some pictures as soon as I see the result.
