BOLO REI (King's Cake)

Dublin Zoo Market.

It was coolllllddddd! But here is a tasty display for kids! The nephews said it looked like "Charlie and the Chocolate factory"! Sweet!

And there it was......another dinner!

Lovely, moist roast shoulder of pork with apple sauce and crispy potatoes.....

A wintery apple crumble to finish.

These are gourgeos for the festive season! And they taste great too! Pick coloured packs of six and your kids will be delighted!

This is a real treat on a cold day....

We've been sooooooo busy baking we didn't have time to come here to talk to you!

Will post some pictures of the goodies in a Christmas Market next to you. We did Harcourt Street today. It was cold but very good! Portuguese tarts go down a treat. And if you want to order them, please do! You know our email and you can collect at any of the markets! We also make a lovely full King's cake for you for 15 euro only.
